How was Bush to blame for 9-11. It was the Clinton administration that missed all the signs and they were not allowing our intelligence and law enforcement agencies to communicate and exchange information. Why do you think Clinton had Sandy Berger steal and destroy classified information related to 9-11 before the 9-11 Commission could see the documents.
Bush inherited a recession from Clinton and our current economic problems are a result of decisions and legislation during the Carter and Clinton years. Read up on the CAR.
The Katrina disaster is the fault of Mayor Ray Nagin of New Orleans and the then Governor Blanco. it is not the Federal Governments job to evacuate a city. Nagin and Blanco failed miserably and Blanco refused to Federalize the response even with Bush pleading with her to do so. . FEMA relief is not designed to reach thousands of people in a city under water. Had the city been evacuated FEMA would have been able to do their job.
I can’t even address the ignorance of the last part of your question. Bush did more to eradicate AIDS in this country and Africa than any other President.
He was also responsible for the Civil War, the sinking of the Titanic and the extinction of the Do Do Bird. Just ask any Liberal.
