Hello. I have a samsung smart tv(series 6) , a 5.1ch dvd home theatre( d555k), and a tata sky + hd set top box. I have connected the set top box to the tv with a hdmi cable, and the tv to the dvd theatre with a hdmi cable too. What i want is to have a surround sound effect for the tv too. With the tata sky set top box. It gives the out put. Please help me. What settings do i have to do?

On the back of your home theater system there should be a connection called Digital Audio In. If your set top box has a connection that says Digital Audio Out, you can connect them with a cable called Toslink. After they are connected use the Function button (on your home theater remote) and select D.IN.
Connect optical cable from HD set top box to Home Theater System for TV channel audio.
